Biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Holistic Massage, Lymphatic drainage
I have practiced massage for 14 years following training at the Rudy Lanza School of Naturopathy in Piedmont and at the ITADO Institute of Turin. My encounter with yoga began in 2004 with Melanie Willsher who offered me new ways of regarding  the balance of body and mind. Ayurvedic massage introduced me to a wonderful alchemy of oils, essences and energetic rhythms shaped by the movement of the hands in search of vital life forces. The silence and stillness created through biodynamic craniosacral massage led to a profound deepening of my ability to listen to the body, the person and their emotions.  The holistic massage that I practice brings this all together.
I was qualified in biodynamic craniosacral treatment in 2012, writing a thesis on the voice following undertaking research on vocal development and osteopathic techniques applied to singers which brought interesting results. Other professional activities include research with Germana  Giannini , working with Giuseppe Costi in the study of the workings of the voice and collaboration with Magda Koczka in both in Turin and in Bosa in training techniques for singers.
